Stationary switchgear test systems

Stationary test system for sequential final factory tests and function tests on up to 8 drives. The drive test system is operated and controlled with the ACTAS 2.50 operating software. The test position is selected using the multiplex method. The test system can reproduce drive control with the aid of a logic module. This makes it possible to test any drive even if there is no control unit.

Inputs and outputs per drive position

Control outputs:

  1. 3 x status display via signalling contacts
  2. 1 x close command
  3. 1 x open command
  4. 1 x motor control
  5. 2 analog outputs (0…10 V)

Analog/incremental inputs:

  1. 1 motor current measurement input
  2. 1 motor voltage measurement input
  3. 1 control current measurement input
  4. 1 control voltage measurement input
  5. 1 incremental input

Binary inputs (not potential-free):

  1. 4 x position detection
  2. 1 x control activation
  3. 8 auxiliary contacts
  4. 3 x 2 main and resistive contacts

Binary inputs:

  1. 4 control contacts

Cabinet design

ACTAS CF is mounted in a 38 U standard cabinet. All the interfaces for connecting the drives to be tested are provided on standard connection panels in the form of multi-contact connectors. The drive can be switched on and off manually using a remote control. LED indicator panels display the current status of all the drives.

All external voltages can be switched off by means of an EMERGENCY STOP button. A safety switchgear device is integrated for the interruption of the safety electric circuit. It fulfils requirements for international use through certification to BG, UL, cUL, CCC and Gost. There is also an additional safety binary input on the connection panel which can be used to monitor an external door contact, for example.

The cabinet is powered via a mains supply panel and multi-pole industrial plug connectors with a maximum load of 32 A. There is an additional fused 25 A output integrated in the emergency stop circuit for supplying external sources.

Single-pole heating system power supply unit HCIT 061-1

Heating system power supply unit for supplying power to and testing the current consumption of anti-condensation heaters with one heating circuit. The heating circuit voltage can be switched between 115 VAC and 230 VAC in the ACTAS software. The release of the heating circuit voltage is displayed by LEDs on the control panel.

  1. Output voltage: 115 / 230 V
  2. Power: 630 VA

All ACTAS C systems comply with the following standards and guidelines:

EN 61010-1: 2011

Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control, and laboratory use

EN 61010-2-201: 2011
